There is no support or license fee if Cloud based subscription is purchased. If you are not interested in Cloud based system, CSI offers standalone version. We can help you to setup your peripheral devices like printers, scale and cash drawers, etc. We charge $250 to setup your price list, import customers and configure your database. One year unlimited support and upgrade is included with standalone version. Optional support plan can be purchased for $350 per year. The support gives you the following privileges:
--Diagnosing Software failures and assistance;
--Correcting Software defects;
--Unlimited Toll-free, online and Internet assistance;
--Periodic Updates including bug fixes and enhancements;
--Access to our emergency support line during off-shift hours
--Database Maintenance, and online database backup

The Professional plan offers everything from the Premium plan with unlimited transactions. This plan is best for mid-size organization with multi store operation and pickup delivery module.

The Enterprise plan offers everything from the Professional Plan plus unlimited text message and garment tracking feature to support Assembly Assisted Application.

Absolutely. It only takes a few minutes to get up and running. You can import your price list using our simple price list template designed for Dry Cleaners, Alteration, Shoe Repair or laundromat operations. Or enter your own price list using our simple intuit interface. TMS also provides a template file that you can use as a guide to creating your own customer list to import into your TMS database.

There's no contract or commitment for the monthly plan, you're free to switch plans or cancel at any time with 30 days advance notice. With an annual subscription plan, you commit to the plan for at least 365 days before you could potentially churn.

TMS processes Credit Cards through Integrated Hosted Web-based Payware Connect for Card Present or Card On File transactions. Use your own merchant account or get the merchant account through CSI merchant services to save money on payware connect hosting fee.

TMS does not support any customer or driver app. You must use our new Cleantie platform if you are interested in this new technology. SMS pricing is based on the destination and type of message you’re sending. Our pay-as-you-go pricing gives you a fair price. We negotiate the best rates possible with our providers and then bill you for just your usage at cost (no markup).
