One year unlimited support and upgrade is included with standalone version. Optional support plan can be purchased for $350 per year. The support gives you the following privileges:
--Diagnosing Software failures and assistance;
--Correcting Software defects;
--Unlimited Toll-free, online and Internet assistance;
--Periodic Updates including bug fixes and enhancements;
--Access to our emergency support line during off-shift hours
--Database Maintenance, and online database backup

CSI warrants the hardware product and accessories contained in the original packaging against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user.

With Standalone package, software license is included and database runs on your own computer. Cloud based version, database is hosted in our servers and you pay as you go.

Absolutely. It only takes a few minutes to get up and running. You can import your price list using our simple price list template designed for Dry Cleaners, Alteration, Shoe Repair or laundromat operations. Or enter your own price list using our simple intuit interface. TMS also provides a template file that you can use as a guide to creating your own customer list to import into your TMS database.

There's no contract or commitment. You're free to switch plans, cancel any time or purchase standalone version.

SMS pricing is based on the destination and type of message you’re sending. Our pay-as-you-go pricing gives you a fair price. We negotiate the best rates possible with our providers and then bill you for just your usage at cost (no markup).
